Were it not for untraditional learning points the world would be a very dull and I dare say non-productive place indeed. Might I first offer the untraditional thinking of Einstein whose statements, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” and “Long live impudence.” gave rise to the world’s acquisition of a more full understanding of physics and quantum mechanics. What of the artist’s untraditional perspective and resultant works such as Michael Angelo, Piccaso, Rembrant, and Monet? We would not enjoy the very medium of communications here today without such non-traditional thinkers.

One of the crucial components for us was the ability to brand the tool so that it was ‘ours’ and not some generic tool. It seems silly, but this really helped our clients gain a sense of the permanence of the solution – more so now that Google Wave has gone the way of all flesh.

Something worth considering too is mobile access – Ice3 have recently added this and it has proved a real boon for our regional sales teams. Mobile is the way forward we believe – particularly as face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects are proving so much more valuable now.
